This work is from my series “Skate in Pro Grass”. It is a ceramic finger skateboard that can glide across flat surfaces or slopes. The wheel components on the underside are made of metal and plastic.
“Skate in Pro Grass” is a play on the phrase “skate in progress”. Combining the imagery of a skateboard, grass, and a bunny, the work approaches its theme with a sense of humor, expressing a longing for carefree movement and the freedom to move forward.
