Space and nature in general are my greatest source of inspiration. I love to make functional pieces. Making vessels, however, has another charm. It takes me out of my comfort zone, challenges me and even scares me a little. This is an experimental vase. It consists of a conical shape with lines at the base and a tiny bowl with 2 sculptural handles.
The vase was created on a kick wheel with black clay. Sometimes less is better, so I decided to focus on form and color. I used a brown matte glaze, which I alter with oxides. It was fired at a low temperature. Is a one of a kind vase.
