Adornment: Accessorized Ceramics
Adornment is the process of making something more beautiful by adding something to it. Roberta Massuch and Marie Eife created collaborative pieces called Constructures. It is a unique collaboration between Maria and Roberta that helped them identify common themes and ideas around two different disciplines. The collaboration pushed them beyond their existing craft- based studio practices and allowed them to focus on the similar aspects of structure that both disciplines address in different ways. Tiny Pots by Nuokan Huang allows her to find infinite possibilities making in a limited working space.
