I use the ordinary and extraordinary occurrences of an “everyday life” to compose my work. I attempt to bring the fleeting happenings of life into the physical realm by representing them in a permanent form. The forms are often small, appear mundane, or may seem out of place. Emotion and symbolism are the most expressive components chosen and then carefully curated into my compositions. Through my work I invite the viewer to look more closely and reflect on the moments unique to their own life.
