My practice is a concentration of playful objects, bringing life to them through the meditative state of making. Metal, glass wood, and clay possess a materiality of memory, which reflects the actions conducted upon them. This sensorial work is intended to be played with. Exertion of energy combined with intention and curiosity fosters the synthesis of this item’s soul. I focus on the stories that objects tell us allowing the item to speak for itself through its physical attributes.
