I craft decorated, functional vessels that are dark, seductive, and nostalgic. Some of my influences include antique upholstered lamps and furniture, Gothic architecture, and the music I’ve loved since adolescence: Electronic Metal, which often has repetitive, upbeat melodies with harsh vocals. I reflect these interests in my work by repeating design elements symmetrically, using a moody color palette, and coating structural forms in soft, feminine surfaces.
