I’ve been thinking about how our dna, nervous systems, and experiences make up who we are, what we express, and how we move through the world. The choices we make and the things we create are the visible part of the swirl of those physical and emotional parts. An adorable mushroom (a love of nature) grows out of the mycelium (a nervous system pattern) that weaves through every cell of our bodies. Dreams are a mix of our deepest feelings, random thoughts, a word we heard that day, and everything that happened before, coming out as their own strange narrative.
