My artistic voice has been a way of making life work since childhood. Through the exploration of various artistic processes and inspired by natural sources, I have developed a visual language that speaks to life, love, sadness, and joy. Some of the most memorable times for me include gatherings to celebrate life events, family and friends. Centered around food and adding dishes that are handmade elevates the ritual even more. From my home studio, I make one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces that bring joy to your home & life. Using dark chocolate stoneware, hand drawn and cut stencils, underglazes and white slip, I create a layered composition with sgraffito circles and plant shapes. The broken line circles symbolize the ebb and flow and ups and downs of life, which we all can relate to. Included in my collection are mugs, trays, plates, bowls, vases, and planters.
