Marguerite Brennan

I am a life long ceramics artist, I first established myself on the East Coast, where I received a BFA in Ceramics from Philadelphia's University of the Arts in 1979.  My work has focused on the Mexican, Central and South American cultures, in particular their animism and folklore, and I studied at San Miguel de Allende's Art Instituto in Mexico. I express my passion for the natural world via the primitive animal symbology of native cultures. I recently relocated to Sebastopol, California where there is a strong community of artists who explore the same terrain.
