The Clay Studio offices, galleries, open studio, and school will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2025, in honor of the Independence Day Holiday.
Kathryn E Narrow
Kathryn Narrow creates wheel thrown pots that speak of simplicity and beauty. Her pots are decorated with images from nature such as fruit, leaves, and flowers. After the forms are thrown, delicate carvings are done to the pots. The carvings create a certain depth, which is accentuated through her glazing. Kathryn has held positions in ceramics such as production potter, ceramic instructor, and was the Managing Director at The Clay Studio from 1989 to 2007. Kathryn has participated in exhibitions on a national level and continues to make-work on a part time basis. She currently resides in Philadelphia.
