Stephanie Rosendorf

Working mostly with delicate porcelains, I create decorative and sculptural ceramics inspired by nature, and influenced by dreams and hazy memories floating just beyond the grasp of the conscious mind. It’s like a beautiful meeting of the real and imaginary, settled within layers of soft, quiet femininity. By using the meditative process of ceramics to interpret these details from the natural (and sometimes not-so-natural) world, I hope to bring a sense of wonder and delight to the viewer, and inspire you to notice “the little things” normally overlooked in the busyness of modern life.
