My ceramic work is related to our everyday lives. I admire the product of three things; water, clay, and fire which gives fundamental similarities that connect functional pottery with human beings’ life
I am inspired by functions related to other cultures, food, and their artistic movement throughout history. It made me aware of their decorative elaborations, organic shapes, sinuous curves, and beautiful patterns with my design background.
I have consciously and unconsciously incorporated these characteristics into my work and to be served. It allows me the freedom to try new things in a process aimed at creating my work to be served.
