Daniel Ricardo Teran
Daniel graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute in 2007. While studying at KCAI, he was a studio assistant for the Ceramic artist Victor Babu, and the Painter Ron Slowinsky. He has been a Resident Artist at Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts in Newcastle, ME, The Armory Art Center in West Palm Beach, FL, and Pottery Northwest in Seattle, WA. Currently Teran lives in the Brewery Town neighborhood of Philadelphia and is a Resident Artist at The Clay Studio. Teran exhibits nationally and has work numerous private collections and museums, including the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Kamm Teapot Foundation. As a passionate and dedicated teacher, Daniel regularly gives workshops and teaches throughout Philadelphia and New Jersey.
