In my mixed media paintings, sculpture and photography, I continue to explore the connection to objects and society. In this series, I have explored my architectural fascination with water towers. These industrial pieces hold what has become a precious commodity, water. By adding original photography of the urban settings where these towers provide, allows me to tell their story. I have long worked to explore combining various media in my work. My curiosity and exploration of surface treatments, has allowed me to discover new ways of creating a narrative on my ceramic pieces and paintings.
