Sommelier Daniel Solway will lead a guided tasting exploring wines grown on clay soils in different parts of the world as well as wines aged in clay vessels. We'll explore the history of clay vessels while helping you build your own ceramic cheese plate!
Daniel Solway is a Philly-based sommelier and founder of Santé. He specializes in private wine tastings and classes, pop-up dinners, and collaborative events. Daniel has over a decade of experience in the wine & hospitality industry, having worked in Michelin starred restaurants, on vineyards in Champagne, Austria, and Germany, and now as a sales rep for VOS Selections. He has a deep appreciation for wines grown by farmers and crafted by artisans.
