Constructing Vessels

Spend the morning in this hands on workshop with The Clay Studio Resident Artist Roberta Massuch-- as she shares the process behind the construction of her porcelain pottery. Utilizing a variety of handbuilding techniques (pinching, coiling, and slab building into bisque press molds) she creates architectural vessels— quiet, simple forms that are asking to be held, to be touched, and to be used.
