This workshop focuses on making taller and more complex forms on the wheel using a process called “stacking,” where two thrown sections are joined together to make covered jars, pitchers, and bottles. Lids, pulled handles, and pitcher spouts are discussed and demonstrated. You will also learn to make handmade brushes out of bamboo and deer tail.
